Return and Refund Policy

All Engraved Items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges allowed.

If a spelling, color or design error is made by us (Pine Laserworks), Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Please give us the opportunity to remedy the situation. Mistakes happen and we'd like to make sure you're happy with your purchase. 

Order Cancellation: 

We understand mistakes happen, if you need to cancel your order, please notify us via email at: sales@pinelaserworks.com within 2hrs of placing your order.  Please include your Order number in the Email Subject line and your request to cancel in the body of the message. Refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order. Refund processing times vary and are not immediate.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable. Any orders returned to us that were originally given free shipping and handling will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

Order(s) Returned to Sender (Pine Laserworks)

  • For items returned by the mail carrier: If an incorrect or insufficient address was provided by the customer, we will email you, per our discretion and may issue a refund, minus 20% restocking fee for Non Personalized Products or the customer must pay the shipping fees to resend the package. 
  • If the customer does not respond to our methods of contact (Email and or SMS) within 7 Business days of receiving the returned package, No refunds or credits will be issued for the order.
